We’re looking for energetic individuals and organizations to provide great customer service to our Family 101 participants.  Volunteers could be assigned to work in various areas.  If you need volunteer hours for your organization, school, etc. – let us help you out! Responsibilities & Expectations

All volunteers will be expected to be punctual for your volunteer duty or shift; Be reliable and responsible;
Communicate any issues or concerns which are likely to affect your volunteer duties; perform duties as assigned and directed; Accept guidance from the Volunteer Coordinator and/or appointed NBCCDC staff member; be willing to learn and participate in orientation and necessary; keep sensitive organizational information confidential; Comply with the policies and procedures of the organization.
